Audra is an amazing Hypnobirthing instructor. Her teaching in this course completely transformed my attitude surrounding child birth. I feel so much more ready, calm, excited, and at peace. She is very passionate about Hypnobirthing and that comes through in her teaching. She answered any questions we had and provided additional resources for our interests. Audra was very organized and accommodating. She has a lot of experience in the medical field and delivery room which is apparent when she is teaching the course. My husband and absolutely loved the course and highly recommend Audra to anyone who is interested in Hypnobirthing!

After taking the HypnoBirthing course with Audra, my confidence in my body increased drastically. I feel so much more prepared knowing that I was made to birth and that it doesn’t have to be accompanied by the fear that our modern world places with it.
