I 100% recommend the hypnobirthing class with Isabela.
It helped me a lot during childbirth and although it wasn’t a pain or medicine free birth it was a successful VBAC and I am sure the preparation with Isa contributed to this successful story!

I totally recommend Isabela as a hypnobirthing instructor.
I’ve had a successful vbac after the class with her. Although it was not unmedicated or pain free the experience was way more positive than my first birth which ended up in a C-section!
