Welcome! My name is Sonja and I am a birth worker and PhD candidate with a focus on maternal healthcare. As a Certified Doula (CD,DONA), Certified Lactation Counselor® (CLC®) and HypnoBirthing® Educator (CHBE), my vision is to support you in moving towards a mindful and emotionally fulfilled birth. My classes are compassionate and inclusive, and I offer sliding scale whenever possible.
