Rebecca is a doula and nutritionist, whose practice serves the Charlotte and Lake Norman areas of North Carolina. She supports birthing people improve their overall health, birth outcome, and mental wellness through the experiences of pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. She provides a number of services, such as childbirth education classes, doula support through pregnancy, labor/birth and postpartum, as well as nutritional guidance and education for both mother and baby.

My partner and I have had such a positive experience with Rebecca! She follows curriculum that aligns with Mickey Mongan’s book and also does a great job adding to it with her significant background as a doula and nutritionist. The class was virtual for us and I didn’t feel like we were missing anything with virtual vs. in person. We feel really well prepared to use the technique. Rebecca is also very easy to communicate with and supportive.
Rebecca provides a calm and caring environment, both in person and virtually. She is very skilled at making the material easy to understand.
Rebecca’s calm demeanor creates a sage and comforting environment. She is incredibly knowledgeable and is able to reference current scientific studies and data to back up her holistic approach.
