We definitely benefited from the knowledge learned from the hypnobirthing class. I personally felt that the breathing exercises, visualization, and light touch massages really helped me kept going during labor. The hypnobirthing techniques didn’t take the pain away (it was still the most painful thing I have ever experienced in my life), but the class encouraged me to keep going and not to give up. Because of the encouragement and testimonies from Daphne, I know that it is possible to deliver naturally and I shouldn’t go for a c section. In the end, I am so so glad that I was able to deliver the baby naturally. Because of that, I recovered very quickly. Daphne was a very caring, knowledgeable, and patient instructor. I would definitely recommend taking the hypnobirthing class with her!
