I provide birth support through childbirth education and doula care. For childbirth education, I offer HypnoBirthing classes both virtually (nationwide) and in-person (Denver). As a doula, your birth goals are my priorities. I want to facilitate an environment that makes you feel safe and secure, and support you in the emotional and physical elements of birth that you can prepare for, as well as navigate the ones that you can’t.

Virginia was a fantastic teacher! My husband and I attended her Hypnobirthing course and really enjoyed it. We came away from the class feeling prepared and excited about the upcoming birth of our first child. The tools and support provided will be priceless on our journey to parenthood. Virginia is an excellent instructor, and I highly recommend her Hypnobirthing course! I feel so much more at ease about the birth process and I feel much better equipped for it with a variety of different tools to use during labor and delivery. Virginia has a warm and approachable personality, is great at answering questions and giving examples, and is able to teach in a way that really helps the information stick.
Virginia was a wonderful teacher! I really resonated with her stories and examples throughout class, it felt very personalized even though it was a full class. You could feel her passion for Hypnobirthing! I am not currently pregnant, I work as a doula and gained so many incredible skills to support birthing families with! I would definitely recommend taking this course with her or working with her as a doula.
