This four-day training allows you to teach pregnant families the beauty of HypnoBirthing. You will learn basic knowledge of hypnosis and how it is adapted it to our childbirth education HypnoBirthing course. We delve into visualizations, guided imagery, self-hypnosis, relaxation , interventions, fear release, and special breathing techniques to help our families face labor with an attitude of positivity rather than fear.
