Elizabeth Douthit

Elizabeth’s work is rooted in finding the Divine Feminine in the heart of Texas. She believes very strongly that when human beings lead from their heart, the world heals. Elizabeth was introduced to HypnoBirthing a decade ago, which she studied for the births of her three daughters. She now teaches HypnoBirthing because HypnoBirthing empowers birthing couples to tune into themselves, to honor their heart’s knowing and true nature, and tune out the noise. What better way to begin parenthood!
