At Holding the Wild, we believe that birth is not a medical event—it’s a rite of passage.
We offer virtual HypnoBirthing® classes rooted in softness, sovereignty, and self-trust, especially for those who are often left out of mainstream birth spaces: queer families, trans and nonbinary birthers, BIPOC folks, fat folks, and anyone reclaiming their power in a system that wasn’t built with them in mind.
Our space is gentle, inclusive, and revolutionary in its simplicity.
We don’t just teach techniques—we hold you while you remember what your body already knows.
Join us for class, and enter your wild while finding your calm.

We went through hypnobirthing with Kelsi. Kelsi has a unique way of meeting you where you’re at and making you feel completely comfortable during your sessions. We worked to overcome the fear surrounding my son’s upcoming birth. Kelsi was very very knowledgeable with our questions and answered open and honestly. 10/10 experience, would definitely recommend.
My wife and I had a great experience with Kelsi’s hypnobirthing training. Using the techniques she taught us, we were able to navigate a sudden preeclampsia diagnosis and induction as calmly as possible, and still achieve our goal of a medication-free vaginal delivery and healthy baby and mom. Thank you Kelsi.
Kelsi is truly gifted at this work. She was so flexible, accommodating, compassionate and communicative with both my partner and me throughout the process. I went from feeling overwhelmed and afraid of my second labor (after a traumatic first) to feeling confident, knowledgeable, empowered and ready to birth my baby without fear. This is the best prep I’ve done so far during pregnancy, and I’ll be telling everyone I know about Kelsi!
We very much enjoyed our sessions with Kelsi. This was my first pregnancy and everything felt a bit unknown. We particularly enjoyed how she was able to weave relaxation techniques throughout the educational components of the course making us feel more prepared while at east at the same time. She did a great job keeping us on track, engaged, and more confident in the birthing process. She also did a great job of answering all of our questions while providing follow-up resources.
HypnoBirthing changed my perspective on birth, and doing this method with Kelsi took away any fear I had about the birthing process. We were calm and inviting throughout our child’s arrival and into postpartum – I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
