Working with Amelia as our HypnoBirthing companion was truly transformative! Over the course of two months in September and October, she guided my husband and me with such kindness, humor, compassion, and grounded presence that after each in-person session, it felt as though we had known her for years. From the very beginning, Amelia created a warm, safe, and engaging space that allowed me to move from extreme fear and uncertainty about pregnancy and birth to feeling calm, confident, and genuinely excited for my birthing day.
My husband looked forward to every class, as Amelia gave him tangible, meaningful ways to support me during pregnancy and to be an active, empowered partner during labor. Her teachings not only brought the two of us closer, but also helped us deepen our bond with our baby and equipped us with tools we will continue to use throughout parenthood and in many parts of our personal and professional lives.
I am forever grateful to Amelia for sharing her knowledge and expertise in HypnoBirthing. She helped us prepare for the arrival of our baby boy with calm, clarity, peace, and joy and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide on this journey. I can not recommend Amelia at Sarasota Hypnobirthing enough! Hypnobirthing 100% helped me have the peaceful, empowered, and unmedicated birth I was hoping for. Amelia is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and keeps the lessons educational, but relevant to you and your needs. She is also an incredible advocate! She helped me make one of the most impactful decisions in my birthing experience (changing my doula) because she recognized my reticence and encouraged me to follow my intuition.

Amelia is an amazing instructor and is an asset to the HypnoBirthing community! Her class is worth it’s weight in gold. She is a wealth of knowledge! She radiates positivity and her energy promotes a calming environment. I have always feared birth but this class and Amelia have changed my perspective on it and I learned to embrace this beautiful process. Her class had a direct impact on my birth story (for the better) and I do not know what I would have done if I didn’t take this class. I will definitely be recommending her to everyone I know!
