At Vital Roots LLC we offer HypnoBirthing classes with evidence-based childbirth education for expectant parents seeking a calm, confident, and informed birth experience. We provide group HypnoBirthing class series, private instruction, and virtual options, all taught by certified educators (myself and business partner, Becky).
Our approach is grounded in nutrition and whole-body wellness, integrating evidence-based guidance on nourishment, mindset, and nervous system support throughout pregnancy. Classes are designed for parents and their chosen birth partners (if desired), with flexible participation options to support varying schedules.
Each class series is scheduled individually and may vary by date and time based on educator availability.

To ensure clarity and fairness for all families, please review our financial policies prior to enrollment:
Payment & Registration: Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your space.
Materials: All HypnoBirthing classes include physical and/or digital materials purchased through HypnoBirthing International. Once materials are ordered, they are non-refundable, regardless of use or return. This cost is $50.
Initial Class Commitment: The cost of the first class session – equivalent to 1/5 of the total course tuition, minus the $50 materials fee, is non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed, as class space and instructor time are reserved.
Processing Fees: Third-party payment processing fees are non-refundable, as they are retained by the payment platform.
Refunds: Tuition refunds, when applicable, are issued minus non-refundable materials, the first class session cost, and processing fees.
Credits: In many situations, class tuition may be applied as a credit toward a future group or private class, subject to availability.
Scheduling: Class dates and times are set per individual series and may vary. Enrollment does not guarantee availability of alternate schedules.
Medical or Personal Circumstances: We strive to lead with compassion while maintaining consistent policies so we can continue to serve families sustainably.

Taking the virtual Hypnobirthing class from Mikayla & Becky was very insightful! They are both knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. I appreciated the time they spent answering all of my questions. I highly recommend their Hypnobirthing course if you’re looking to prepare for your own birth experience especially one with unnecessary interventions.
