Rochelle Bates is a clinical hypnotherapist and Mongan Method of HypnoBirthing educator; she has classes via zoom starting every month and has clients and students worldwide. While it is recommended that students begin HypnoBirthing at 20-30 weeks, it is never too late to benefit from HypnoBirthing before birth, and Rochelle can offer instruction from 37 weeks until birth.
Rochelle is pursuing training as a HypnoBirthing Doula.
She has advanced training in sleep regulation, using evidenced-based techniques and CBT-I to improve the sleep system and rapidly improve sleep. Rochelle specializes in pain and chronic illness management, fertility issues, smoking/vaping cessation, fear and phobia release, anxiety, relaxation, LGBTQ+ issues and self-acceptance. Rochelle also can help with issues unique to performing artists: performance anxiety, writer’s block and imposter syndrome.
She is certified in issues affecting children from age 6 and up which addresses stuttering and stammering, organization, test and study skills. This can improve children’s confidence, concentration and their ability to learn tools for relaxation.
Rochelle is also certified by Fluence as a psychedelic guide, has studied psychedelic psychopharmacology and the clinical use of ketamine for mood disorders. She also works as a patient advocate and integration guide for Mindfield Wellness, a concierge ketamine clinic in Los Angeles.
