Lorie McCoy started her journey into birth work in 1999. What began as an interest quickly became a mission when she realized that many birth practices were not evidenced based and families were not being provided non-biased information and choices. Fast forward two decades and over a thousand babies later, she has been joined by a team of amazing birth professionals who share her vision at the Orchid Nest.
