Mercedes is the owner of The Perinatal Wellness Centre, All 4 Mommy, and HypnoBirthing® Canada. She is a certified counsellor and hypnotherapist, a HypnoBirthing® Educator, Master Trainer and Faculty Member with the HypnoBirthing Institute.
Since 2014, she has supported families through fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, and has trained birth professionals across Canada, the United States, Europe, and Latin America.
Bilingual in Spanish and English, Mercedes was born in the United States, raised in Mexico, and now lives in Canada with her family.
