Hi, I’m Holly Grace Talarchyk. I’m the founder & owner of From the Heart Hypnotherapy. I’m a Certified Hypnotherapist (CHt), as well as a Certified HypnoBirthing Educator (HBCE). My specialty is to assist women in becoming the best version of themselves in a safe, non-judgmental environment. The service and care my clients receive truly comes from a heart-centered space, whether it is traditional therapeutic hypnosis for trauma, anxiety, etc., or teaching self-hypnosis techniques to a mother-to-be and her birthing partner for an upcoming comfortable birth.
