Tahira helped us prepare emotionally and mentally and gave us the tools we needed to have an empowered birth. We felt we could make informed decisions that suited us. And in the end I managed to have an unmedicated birth the way I had hoped. Without the Hypnobirthing course, I don’t think I would have had the same positive experience.
Tahira was super patient, caring, and provided a lot of extra material and supported us throughout our journey. She was always kind and respectful. And we appreciated her open mind, telling us about many different options without judgement.
