The HypnoBirthing® Rainbow Relaxation for Twins is comprised of two tracks. Track one is Affirmations for Twins and track two is Rainbow Relaxation for Twins. Together with the book HypnoBirthing – The Mongan Method, this makes up the basic HypnoBirthing Program.
