I am honored to hold sacred space for families during the profound journey of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. As a birth keeper and HypnoBirthing® practitioner, my work is rooted in the Divine Feminine—honoring intuition, presence, and the innate wisdom carried within the birthing body. I create a calm, loving container where parents feel supported, seen, and deeply empowered.
My path to this work is both personal and spiritual. I have walked through postpartum depression, PTSD, and divorce, and I understand how tender and transformative the passage into parenthood can be. Through healing, surrender, and remembrance, I have experienced the freedom and wholeness that emerge when mind, body, and spirit are brought back into balance. This lived wisdom shapes the gentle, compassionate care I offer.
Guided by the belief, “Be the change you wish to see in the world,” I teach HypnoBirthing® to help parents release fear, reconnect with their inner knowing, and trust the ancient rhythms of birth. I believe birth is a sacred rite of passage—an initiation that awakens strength, deepens connection, and weaves families together in love.
It is my joy and calling to serve families as they welcome new life with intention, reverence, and grace. Together, we cultivate peaceful beginnings that ripple outward—one birth, one family, one generation at a time.

Debi is an amazing teacher. I loved how she got everyone engaged in class and made class fun. My husband, who was skeptical of this method at first, is now a true believer and tells everyone about this amazing class. Debi is super knowledgeable and is there for you from pregnancy, through birth and beyond. She’s very passionate about what she does and truly wants everyone to have the kind of birth they want. Without her I think my birth would’ve been completely different. I recommend her to everyone I know!
Debi has been amazing to work with. I took her class 4 years ago with my husband and it really unpowered me. Sadly that birth ended in a c-section, but her class also helped me make some important parenting choices and advocate for my wishes even after the c-section. With my second birth I was determined to have a VBAC. When I was 41+ weeks and my midwives wanted to schedule a repeat c-section Debi suggested we do a fear release script. Due to covid we did it over the phone on a Sunday night and by Tuesday night I was in labor. My 9lb 14oz baby boy was born only 7 hours after labor started. Debi was detrimental in my positive birth experience. I definitely got exactly the birth I wanted and pictured during our session, including me starting to involuntarily pushing in the car on the way to the hospital (I had told my husband that I rather have the baby in the car than having any interventions in the hospital). If you want to be informed and ready for your birth experience then definitely reach out to Debi and she will do anything in her power to help you get just that.
Deb is an amazing person. When we were organizing a fundraiser for a mutual birth colleague she was the first one to step up and go above and beyond. Not only helping organize but she was able to bring her community along with her. Her presence is very calming and soothing. A true asset to our world thank you Deb!
I am forever grateful to the Hypnobirthing method and to Debi Tracy for guiding me through my pregnancies. I have two babies who I “hypnobirthed” (though I’ll admit the second was so much easier than the first after learning from my mistakes), and I’m so proud and happy that I was able to so peacefully and naturally at home.
