I came to HypnoBirthing the way many mothers do, through my own birth. My daughter Emilia’s arrival changed everything I thought I knew about labor, and it set me on the path to becoming the educator I am today.
As an ER nurse and now a Family Nurse Practitioner student, I have spent years inside the clinical world of birth and beyond it. I created Sacred Self Integrative Health to bridge that world with something deeper, a place where women feel truly seen through every season of motherhood, not just managed through it.
My HypnoBirthing classes follow the Mongan Method across five weeks, blending breath, relaxation, and mindset work with the kind of grounded medical knowledge only a nurse can offer. Whether you are preparing for your first birth or your next, my hope is the same, that you leave feeling calm, informed, and deeply connected to your own body’s wisdom.
I also offer Reiki as part of my practice, supporting the whole woman, body, mind, and spirit, through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
