Heather Bone, RN, CBE, HypnoBirthing® Instructor is a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse and Perinatal Educator at Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital with extensive training in physiologic birth, trauma-informed care, and comfort-focused labor support. She is also a Spinning Babies® Aware Practitioner and MPower Trauma-Informed Navigator, bringing a deep understanding of both the physical and emotional components of birth.
Heather is passionate about helping families feel confident, informed, and supported. Her HypnoBirthing classes focus on the mind and movement in labor, coping skills, relaxation, breathing, mindset, partner involvement, and adaptable birth planning—designed for all types of births and hospital settings. Her approach is empowering, passionate, and centered on helping parents feel calm, capable, and prepared for whatever path their birth may take.
