My online classes are small, very interactive, and personalized. Over the course of five sessions (each 2.5 to 3 hours long), we’ll cover relaxation, breathing techniques, visualization, self-hypnosis, body preparation, the physiology of birth, bonding, and more. There’s experiential guided practice and lots of feedback, and I’ll be there to support you until your baby arrives. I am also a certified lactation counselor, so I am able to support moms with breastfeeding foundations.
