Allie is the best! We loved having her as our hypno birthing instructor. She presented the material necessary but allowed for us to interact with our partners, and share real life stories. She created a safe space for us to ask questions and share and if she didn’t have an answers she promptly took notes and followed up accordingly. She made class fun and my husband and I both left the class feeling energized and ready for labor. Loved having her as our instructor and highly recommend this class. I actually told Allie when I was in labor that she should never quit teaching this class because the information, exercises, and breath work actually works! So basically I’m saying, take the class with Allie. You won’t regret it.

She is such a selfless person and she really taught us how to control our breathing and some different positions that help with labor pain. If I had to do it all over again I would because I don’t think I could have had such a painless natural birth experience without our hypnobirthing training. She showed me how to overcome the fear, pain and tension and make what ended up being a difficult but ultimately magical labor.
