After that, friends and family naturally gravitated to Mercedes for advice surrounding the birth process and she welcomed the opportunity to help where she could.
After having a calm and comfortable HynoBirthing® experience, Mercedes felt strongly about helping other families have gentle natural births like hers. Without hesitation, she embarked on her HypnoBirthing® certification journey. She was trained by Marie Mongan, the creator of HypnoBirthing® and the founder of the HypnoBirthing® Institute.
