I’m Cristy — a Gold Seal certified HypnoBirthing® educator, a trained birth doula currently completing my DONA certification, and a mom of six. Five of my six babies were born using the HypnoBirthing method, and I can honestly say it changed everything about how I experienced birth. I believe this is an incredible method, and I’m so excited to now share it with other moms and help them step into birth feeling calm, confident, and joyful!

I am due to have my first baby this November and before taking this class I knew very little about birth and felt scared to give birth. After taking the hypnobirthing course taught by Cristy Benitez I walked away feeling empowered, prepared, and excited about my labor ahead. Cristy teaches this class so perfectly as she creates a safe space for her students to share their thoughts and feelings throughout the course while inspiring them with her experience and knowledge on hypnobirthing. I cannot recommend this course and this teacher enough!!!
