Janette’s workshop is extremely helpful in helping me to get over the fear of giving birth. Not only it was informative, she is also an engaging instructor which makes the content easy to digest and to follow through. Even though this is an international syllabus, she managed to adapt it to local context by sharing lots of local experiences which makes it very relatable. Would highly recommend her workshops to friends and family who had the fear of giving birth like I did.
