Hello! I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, as well as a Licensed Massage Therapist. I offer online Zoom HypnoBirthing classes (both group and private) on demand, as well as in person classes in Bellingham, WA. Since 1994, I’ve been helping clients heal their bodies and minds. I love teaching the HypnoBirthing class and supporting couples in having an empowering and beautiful birth experience and becoming parents! In my massage practice, I love supporting my pregnant clients and I have given thousands of prenatal massages. As a Certified Arvigo Therapist, I’ve also supported women on their fertility journey as well as post partum. With hypnotherapy, somatic tools, and therapeutic coaching, I support and guide woman (and men) to overcome trauma, intimacy and sexual challenges, anxiety/panic attacks, fertility challenges, and more, so that they can live authentic, joy-filled lives!
