In this 4-week confident boosting series, you’ll learn how your amazing body is designed to instinctively birth. Together with your birth partner we’ll practice relaxation and breathing techniques and comfort levels to help you work with your birthing body (instead of against it) for a more comfortable birthing experience.
We’ll meet once a week for 4 weeks, starting Monday, June 5th at 9:30am PT. Each session lasts 2.5 hours.
