You’ll learn:

-how to stay grounded through decision-making
-how to approach birth feeling calm, capable, and supported
HypnoBirthing gives you tools—guided relaxation, deep breathing techniques, mindset preparation, partner support skills, and evidence-based birth education – helping you move through pregnancy and birth with clarity and confidence.
5 sessions – 2.5 hours each
